PROCESS.

Step 1 - Initial meeting to review the scope of work and design direction

Step 2 - I will provide a proposal that lists the process and scope of work.  This will include the hours needed to complete the work as well as the hourly rate.  

Step 3 - The design process begins with floor plan options, sketches, mood boards.  It continues with 3D renderings and finish selections.  The final design will be presented in a format that allows the client to visualize exactly what the final design will include.  

Step 4 - Construction documentation for the building permits needed.  This also includes elevations, millwork drawings, lighting plans, and details.

Step 5 - I will stay involved with the project through construction.  Having good communication with the contractor is key to a successful project.
